INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Here is how you should fill out the sign-up page if you live outside the United States:

First fill out all the information on the sign-up page except for state and zip code. Then click submit.

On the next page, enter your credit card number and expiration date.  On the same page under billing information manually enter your info (ex: Edmonton Alberta) and (ex: Canada for state) and (ex: t5w4v for zip code).  Then click "I authorize this transaction."

This will bring you to the confirmation page.  On this page verify your credit card and expiration information and then click "Submit transaction for processing."
